About the Project
A cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS, developed to complement a legal firm’s web-based system and enhance real-time engagement with clients and property agents. The app allows users to view the current progress of their real estate transaction files, ensuring transparency and reducing the need for manual updates.
The application includes built-in calculators to help users estimate legal fees for Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan agreements, Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT), and tenancy arrangements. For clients, the app offers additional functionality to directly schedule appointments—such as key handover sessions or other legal-related meetings—streamlining the communication process with the firm.
Designed with usability and convenience in mind, the app bridges the gap between the legal firm and its clients, offering a modern and efficient way to stay informed and connected throughout the legal process.
